Grooved ultra-high pressure pipe coupling is suitable for mining, Marine and other high pressure pipe system.
It is a double-grooved pipe coupling that can withstand a pressure of 20Mpa.
The shell is made of ductile iron, according to ASTM A536 65-45-12
The sealing gasket adopts a special E-type design to perfectly match the size of the pipeline, buffer the impact pressure, and achieve a better sealing effect.
Bolts/nuts are made of heat-treated high-strength carbon steel with mechanical properties of 8.8 grade.
The bolt adopts the American standard oval neck, the nut adopts the flange face to prevent loosening, easy to install and disassemble.
It has the advantages of compensating displacement and centering, sound insulation and vibration reduction, elasticity and adjustability, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance, easy installation and disassembly, etc.
EPDM: Temperature range -34 ° C to +110 ° C. Recommended for indoor hot water service
The specified temperature range plus various dilute acids, oil-free air and many chemical services. Not recommended for oil service.
Fluororubber: Temperature range -60 ~ +250℃.
