Product Material Specification

Housing: Ductile iron conforming to ASTM A-536, grade 65-45-12.
Housing Coating: Paint red and orange
Optional: Hot dipped galvanized, electro galvanized.

Our product:

It is made of cast ductile iron and can withstand pressure less than 20MPA.
It consists of shell, rubber ring, bolt and nut.
Two pieces of shell: the color is mostly red, others need to be customized, internal processing groove, groove connection is more convenient, fast and safe
A rubber ring: the material is mostly EPDM or fluorine rubber, to ensure that the internal seal does not leak
Four bolts and nuts: High strength galvanized bolts and nuts, corrosion resistance, high compressive strength
According to the transmission medium to choose different rubber rings.
According to the different application occasions and the size of the butt pipe, choose different pressure of different sizes of products.

Recommended for drinking water,hot water, high-temperature air and some high-temperature chemicals.

Nitrile Rubber: Temperature range -29ºC to +82ºC.

Recommended for petroleum products,air with oil vapors, vegetable and mineral oils within the specified temperature range.
