-FBE coating characteristics
(1) The coating has high mechanical strength and has excellent flexibility, impact strength and hardness;
(2) The epoxy powder anti-corrosion layer has strong bonding force with the pipe body, does not fall off, and does not pollute the formation;
(3) The layer's corrosion resistance is reliable, the coating is only slowly worn out in the medium fluid and has a long service life (see photo below).
(4) The surface of the coating is smooth and smooth, which can inhibit the scale inside the pipe and reduce the iron and suspended matter in the pipeline, thereby reducing the blockage of the sewage formation and improving the medium conveying capacity.
(5) The coating has good heat resistance and can be used continuously in an environment not higher than 150 °C.
(6) It has wide adaptability and can resist the corrosion of various strong and weak acids and alkalis such as HCL, H2SO4 and NaOH, as well as organic solvents such as gasoline and diesel. It is chemically stable and has a wide range of uses.
(7) Excellent physical and mechanical properties and good electrical insulation performance.
(8) The coating is non-toxic and does not pollute the environment.
