Seamless steel pipe is made of billet directly rolled, there is no weld on the surface of the steel pipe, used to withstand high pressure boiler tube, oil pipe, gun barrel, etc. The material is usually 16 manganese or 27 silicon manganese, but also made of stainless steel and other materials, if the customer has special requirements can be customized. The thickness of the steel pipe is generally 9mm or 10mm, and the large diameter and high pressure even need to reach 12mm, etc., depending on the actual use.

The inner wall stainless steel material is generally 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel.

The outer surface of the steel pipe is sprayed with plastic. Spray the corresponding color of plastic powder according to customer requirements, the thickness of plastic powder according to customer requirements.

All the above materials comply with national standards and international ASTM standards.

The raw materials of the above products have been introduced. Next, the process is introduced. First clean the steel sand inside and outside the steel pipe, especially the inner wall. Clean the steel sand, blow the blower, and finally wipe the rag. Stainless steel is placed inside the cleaned steel pipe. The tooling is placed inside the stainless steel to expand the stainless steel, so that the stainless steel and the steel pipe are completely fitted, and the two ends are completely welded on the steel pipe.

The advantages of this technology: 1. To ensure the corrosion resistance of the inner wall, ordinary steel pipes may only be used for 1 year to rust, but the service life of this steel pipe is first 5 years. 2. The single use of stainless steel to achieve the same pressure effect, the cost is more than 3 times that of this steel pipe.
