Grooved Fitting Ultra High Pressure Pipe Coupling
Product details:
Housing are made of Ductile Iron conforming to ASTM A536, Gr. 65-45-12 or Stainless steel (304L & 316L).
Coupling is supplied with an EPDM gasket and two pairs of bolts and nuts.
Bolts are heat treated and conform to the requirements of ASTM A183 and Nuts to ASTM A194.
Available in sizes 1” through 16” diameters.
Couplings are painted orange or red, or as an option can be supplied hot dipped zinc galvanization & coated with rust inhibiting paint. Other coatings by special request are available
Products are listed, approved and or certified.
Process looked like this:
Check the burrs at the end of the steel pipe
Lubricate the lip and back of the seal
Seal the trap like a tube end
Seal the trap into the other end of the steel pipe
Clamp into the pipe fitting
Stiffening bolt
