Coupling installation instructions

This coupling is more space efficient than traditional flanged connections. With only two bolts and nuts, installation is faster and manpower saving.

The following is the coupling connection method.

1. Check the burrs at the end of the steel pipe

2. Lubricate the lip and back of the seal

3.Seal the trap like a tube end

4. Seal the trap into the other end of the steel pipe

5. Clamp into the pipe fitting

6. Stiffening bolt

Company profile

The company is located in Jiaozhou City, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. The company mainly develops and produces remote liquid supply projects. The transfer of the emulsion or water to the desired place through a certain pressure. It is often used in fire fighting, coal mining, shipbuilding and other industries.
